Our head chef Kenichi Arimura has been blessing our kitchen since February of this year with his culinary masterpieces.

He grew up in Kagoshima, Japan and started his work history around various Ryokans - traditional japanese guesthouse. There, he prepared Kaiseki dishes which his later global experiences based on - he began to focus on Omakase. In the 00’s he started to work in Switzerland and has proudly earned two Michelin stars in his former workplaces.

Omakase

We truly believe in quality over quantity. By using various traditional techniques, we bring out the different flavours which results in the peak taste of umami. Our Edo style Omakase is a harmonious sequence of traditional dishes. The focus is on classic nigiri sushi and kaiseki dishes.

Omakase means ‘I leave it up to you’. Meaning, the chef will decide what will be served depending on the season and availability. The courses are prepared in front of you and explained by the chef.

Reservation is required at least one week before.

    Our dinner menu consists of traditional dishes with a hint of modern interpretation.

    Enjoy some classics such as tori karaage, tempura or chicken katsu. Seasonally changing menus are waiting for you from Wednesday to Friday and Sunday to Monday.

    Enjoy our Lunch Menu and take a break during your busy day.. Are you craving for our signature Donburi bowl, Hiyashi Udon or maybe you wanna go for our Sushi set?

    Seasonal changing Lunch Menus, including veggie options are waiting for you from Monday to Saturday.

  • Omakase

    Our Edomae Omakase is a harmonious sequence of traditional dishes. The focus is on classic nigiri sushi and kaiseki dishes. The price per person is Fr. 150.-
